IEC/EN62776 Self-ballast(Retrofit) LED Tube

In December 2014, IEC(International Electrotechnical Commission) formally published by the new standard IEC62776 for Self-ballast(Retrofit) LED tube.

In April 2015, EU formally published by the new standard EN62776 for Self-ballast(Retrofit) LED tube.

Note: for voltage withdrawing test, we have to make one end shorted and connect the tester's supply, and the other end must pass 4U+2000V, too. (IEC/EN60598)
